At our recent Annual General Meeting, we shared that the London Dragon Boat Club is entering an exciting stage — one focused on sustainability, growth, and strengthening the programming we offer. As part of this work, we want to hear directly from the people who make this club what it is: you, our paddlers and members.

To help us understand what matters most to you, we’re launching a Member Survey. Your feedback will be combined with input from coaches, board members, and supporters, and will guide a facilitated planning session in early 2026. This session will include a cross-section of up to twelve participants and will help define our mission, priorities, and actions for the next two years.

The planning session will be led by an external facilitator with support from Cindy Jensen to ensure the process is productive, transparent, and grounded in member needs. Survey results will be shared back with the club, and you’ll continue to see clear communication as the planning process unfolds. Additional opportunities for input — such as focus groups or member discussions — may also be offered.
