Bring your dragon energy

- Work in sync: involve team equipment representatives and club volunteers.
- Treat club resources like shared crew gear: organized, reliable and ready for the next launch.
Paddle together
Partner with team equipment representatives, coaches, event leads and Safety & Risk Management. Ask members or a working group to help with inspections, maintenance, inventory and storage tasks.
Shared commitment
You guide this portfolio, but you do not paddle alone. Bring members, team representatives, committees and working groups alongside you to get things done. All Board directors share responsibility for upholding Safe Sport principles and supporting compliance with Dragon Boat Canada standards.
